Candy Bars, and maybe even honey, are common enough that most PokéMarts have them in stock, but Leftovers, Black Sludge, and other items like that are generally only found in specialized shops.
Snacks are Food Items that Pokémon can use as Held Items. Pokémon can consume their snacks as a Standard Action at any time, or as a Free Action if they are at 50% HP or lower. Trainers always consume snacks as a Standard Action.
